Pricing pages are product surfaces, not marketing pages
Treating pricing as copywriting is why so many teams ship a page that converts badly and cannot be changed.

The page encodes your business model
A pricing page is where packaging, entitlements, billing logic, and positioning all become visible at once. When it lives entirely in a marketing tool, every change requires a negotiation between teams who do not share a data model. The page ossifies.
We moved ours into the product codebase, driven by the same entitlement definitions the application uses. Changing a tier is now a single change that propagates everywhere, and the page can never disagree with what customers actually get.
Test the model, not the button colour
The experiments worth running are structural: how many tiers, what the metering unit is, whether usage is visible before purchase. Button colour tests are cheap to run and almost never move the number that matters.
