What counts as a seat?
A seat is one person who can ask questions and build dashboards in Kessel. Viewers who only open shared links don't count as seats — so the whole team can read the answers while you only pay for the people creating them.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, straight from your workspace settings. Upgrades apply instantly; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and we prorate the difference automatically.
What happens when I hit my question limit?
On the Starter plan, you'll get a heads-up as you approach 100 questions a month. Nothing breaks and no surprise charges — you can wait for the monthly reset or upgrade to Team for unlimited questions. Team and Business have no question limit.

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. And Starter is free forever, so you can keep exploring your data even after the trial ends.
